TaxBackJapan.com is only a tool to help you estimate your tax refund. We are not an official authority and have no connection to Japan Customs, the National Tax Agency, the Japan Tourism Agency, JNTO or any other Japanese government body.
We do not process refunds. Refunds are decided by customs and paid by the shop.
No guarantee
Rules, rates, store information and exchange rates can change. Always check with the shop and customs before you travel. Results are estimates and you use them at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Flygi AB is not liable for lost refunds, fees or other losses arising from use of the service.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You may delete your receipts at any time. We may suspend accounts used for misuse.
Brands
Store names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify shops. No partnership is implied.

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
